Add Notes to Proposals

We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to add individual notes to proposal line items that will be visible to your customers. This is perfect for leaving special notes or additional details directly related to a specific item.

It is also possible to leave a generic note for the customer that will be displayed on the entire proposal.

Finally, you can add private notes to the proposal, which will only be visible to you and your team working from the Shopify admin panel.
