Turn on reminders in your proposal settings and choose when they go out — for example a friendly nudge 3 days after sending, and another after 7. You can add up to five reminders, each with its own message, and use one of your own email templates so everything stays on brand.

Reminders take care of themselves:

• They stop the moment a proposal is accepted, declined, expired or archived — no awkward follow-ups
• Each reminder is only sent once, so nobody gets spammed
• You can include the access code in the message so customers can open their proposal straight away

Reminders also apply to your existing open proposals, not just new ones — so you can start following up on everything that's still waiting for an answer.
