Control How Long File Download Links Stay Active

When your customers upload files with their quote requests, Quotify generates download links so you can access those files. Until now, those links expired after a fixed 5 days — which could be frustrating if you needed to revisit a quote later.

Now you're in control! You can choose how many days download links stay active, from 1 to 365 days. Need links that never expire? Set it to 0 and they'll work indefinitely. 🔗

Head to Settings → Notifications, scroll to the File download links section, and set your preferred expiry. The default is still 5 days, so nothing changes unless you want it to.
