Quotify Update

Friendly Reminder for Pro Users: Keep Your Emails Reaching the Inbox ✉️😊

If you’re using the Custom Email Address feature to send emails from your own domain, this quick reminder is for you.

Why This Matters

Email providers have recently introduced stricter security checks (often called DMARC).
Because of this, emails sent from custom domains can sometimes:

  • End up in the spam folder, or
  • Be blocked before they arrive

This is happening across the internet and isn’t specific to Quotify — but there’s an easy way to improve things.

Quick Step to Improve Delivery

To help your emails reach customers smoothly, we recommend completing a short setup:

Go to:
Settings → Notifications → Email

You’ll see simple steps to:

  • Add a few DNS records to your domain
  • Build trust with email providers
  • Improve the chance your emails land in the inbox

It usually takes just a few minutes, but it can make a big difference.

Who Should Do This

This step is especially helpful if you:

  • Send emails from your own domain using Custom Email Address
  • Want the best possible email delivery for quotes, proposals, and notifications

📬 A small setup today helps make sure your important messages arrive safely tomorrow.
