Get Notified When Customers Respond to Your Proposals

Ever sent a proposal and found yourself constantly checking back to see if your customer responded? Those days are over! 🎉

Quotify now automatically sends you an email the moment a customer accepts or declines one of your proposals. You'll know right away so you can follow up quickly — whether that's celebrating a new order or reaching out to understand their concerns.

Here's what you can do:

  • Add multiple recipients — notify your whole team, not just one person
  • Customize the email subject and message — use Liquid variables to include the proposal number, status, and more
  • Attach the proposal PDF — so you have all the details right in your inbox without needing to log into the dashboard
  • Include customer comments — if your customer left a note when accepting or declining, it's included in the email

Head over to Settings → Notifications → Proposal notifications to set it up. Just add your recipients, tweak the message if you'd like, and hit save. That's it! 📬
