Your quote requests can now flow straight into HubSpot automatically! ๐
Every time a customer submits a quote, Quotify can create or update a HubSpot contact and, if you'd like, a full deal with line items in the pipeline of your choice. No more copy-pasting emails into your CRM or chasing leads across two tools.
Here's what you can do:
- Sync contacts automatically โ map your quote form fields (email, name, phone, company, address, and more) to HubSpot contact properties.
- Create deals with line items โ each quote becomes a deal in your chosen pipeline and stage, with every product and variant itemized.
- Add custom properties โ tag your leads with custom values like
lead_source = quotifyto power your reporting and automation. - Sync on your terms โ send every quote, or use rules to only sync the ones that matter (by market, value, products, and more).
- Track activity โ a built-in activity log shows the last syncs at a glance, so you know exactly what landed in HubSpot.
