New (BETA): PDF Versions for Quote Requests & Proposals 📄✨

We’re excited to introduce PDF versions of quote requests and proposals, now available for Pro users. This feature is currently in BETA, which means there may still be some rough edges. If you’re willing to try it out and share feedback, we truly appreciate it 🙏

Create & Customize Your PDF Templates

You can create and enable your PDF templates via Quotify > Settings > PDF Templates.

For both quote requests and proposals, you can control exactly which data is shown in the PDF.

Generate PDFs for Existing Quotes & Proposals

For existing quote requests or proposals, simply click Generate PDF, wait a few seconds, and then click Download PDF.

Attach PDFs to Emails

Quote Requests
Go to Quotify > Settings > Notifications and enable:

• Attach quote PDF to staff notification
• Attach quote PDF to customer confirmation

How do I configure quote request PDF and attach them to my notification emails?

Proposals
Go to Quotify > Settings > Proposals and enable:

• Attach proposal PDF to email
