Quotify Update

New Feature: Advanced Email Routing for Staff Notifications 📧⚡

We’re excited to introduce Advanced Email Routing for Staff Notifications – giving you powerful control over how your team is alerted when new quote requests come in.

How It Works

Rules are made up of groups of conditions that check customer input from your quote request forms. Each condition looks at a field (like First name or Country), an operator (such as equals), and a *value (e.g. John). You can combine conditions using ALL (AND) or ANY (OR) logic, and even group them together for advanced routing.

Real-World Examples

  • Send requests where Country equals “US” to your North America team.
  • Route requests where Dropdown = “Wholesale” to your B2B sales manager.
  • Forward requests where Checkbox = “Urgent” to your priority support staff.
  • Notify a specific staff member when First name = “John” (useful for key account managers handling known clients).
  • Route requests where Email contains “@agency.com” to your partner relations team.

Why This Matters

  • Precision – Ensure the right staff handle the right requests.
  • Efficiency – Cut down on noise and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Flexibility – Adapt notifications to your unique business workflows.

🚀 Start setting up your custom routing rules today in Quotify > Settings > Notifications and make sure every quote request gets to the right person at the right time.
