New Feature: Tags for Quote Requests & Proposals 🏷️

Managing quotes and proposals gets messy fast. Everything starts to look the same, and you end up opening items one by one just to understand what they are.

That’s exactly what Tags solve.

You can now add custom tags to both quote requests and proposals, so you can organize, filter, and understand your work at a glance.

Why This Matters

• No more long, unclear lists
• Instantly see status or type
• Group similar requests
• Set clear priorities

Use tags like: Urgent, VIP, In Progress, Waiting for Customer, Internal Review. Color them, reuse them, and apply them consistently.

How to Use

Create tags via Quotify > Settings > Tags. Assign them directly inside quote requests and proposals using Assign tags.

Tags bring clarity, structure, and speed back into your quoting workflow.
