New Update: Custom PDF Filenames 📄✏️

You now have more control over how your PDFs are delivered and stored. It is now possible to customize the filename of your PDF templates for both quote requests and proposals.

Why This Is Useful

• Use clearer, more descriptive filenames
• Match filenames to your internal naming conventions
• Make PDFs easier to recognize when downloaded, emailed, or archived

How to Change the PDF Filename

Go to: Quotify > Settings > PDF Templates > Edit template > Settings > PDF Filename

A small improvement that makes working with PDFs more polished and organized.
