Quotify Update

Update: Centralized Email Attachments πŸ“Ž

You can now manage email attachments from one centralized place in Quotify.

Simply go to Quotify β†’ Settings β†’ Attachments to upload files (such as PDFs) that you want to include in your customer communications.

How It Works

Once your attachments are uploaded, you can decide where they should be included:

  • In customer confirmation emails for quote requests
  • In staff notification emails
  • In proposal emails

You can configure these in Quotify β†’ Settings β†’ Notifications.

When sending a proposal, you can also manually select additional attachments to include with that specific email.

Embedded in the Email

Attachments are included directly in the email, not as download links. This ensures customers receive the documents immediately when they open the message.

This is especially useful for things like:

  • Terms of service
  • Contracts
  • Legal documents
  • Product information sheets

Best Practices

For the best email delivery performance:

  • Keep attachments under 1 MB per file
  • Use only a limited number of files

For larger documents, we recommend using external links instead of attachments.

This new feature makes it easier to ensure your customers always receive the important documents they needβ€”right alongside your quotes and proposals.
