Quotify Update

📝 Choose What Goes Into Your Shopify Order Notes

You're now in control of exactly which notes land on your Shopify draft order. 🎉

When you turn a proposal into a Shopify order, Quotify adds a note to that order. Until now, that note always came from the field mapped on your original quote request. With this update, you can pick the source that fits how you work — choose from a simple dropdown in your Proposal settings:

  • đŸ—‚ī¸ Quote request field — the mapped quote field, exactly like before (this stays the default, so nothing changes unless you want it to)
  • đŸ’Ŧ Proposal customer notes — the notes your customer sees on the proposal
  • 🔒 Proposal private notes — your internal notes, perfect for passing along fulfillment details your team needs but the customer never sees

Now the right context follows every order straight into Shopify, with no copying and pasting on your end.
