Quotify Update

↩️ Revert a Sent Proposal Back to Draft

Sent a proposal and then spotted a typo, a wrong price, or a missing line item? You can now turn a sent (or declined) proposal back into a draft, make your edits, and send it again. 🛠️

You'll find a new Revert to draft option on any proposal that's already been sent or declined. Reverting clears the sent status and its expiry so the proposal becomes fully editable again — just like before it went out.

⚠️ A quick word of caution: we don't generally recommend editing a proposal after it's been sent. Because the reverted proposal keeps the same proposal number, sending it again means your customer could end up holding two different proposals that share the same number — which can be confusing. We've added this option to give you the flexibility for those moments when there's truly no other way, not as an everyday workflow. Use it sparingly, and ideally let your customer know an updated version is on the way.
