Until now, when a proposal's shipping cost was set to zero, Quotify left the shipping off the Shopify order entirely — which meant Shopify could step in and calculate its own shipping charge at checkout. Not ideal when you'd promised your customer free delivery.

With the new Treat zero shipping as free option in your Proposal settings, a zero shipping amount is sent to Shopify as an explicit free shipping line. Your customer sees exactly what you offered — no surprise charges, no recalculations.
